Janeway Hosted Service Outage

On Wednesday the 15th of December at 1735 we experienced an outage on our UK based server (Normandy) which brought all of our UK based customers offline. Unfortunately Digital Ocean, our server host, were slow to address this issue and UK sites were offline until brough back up at 2200.

Digital Ocean have not provided many details about this issue (see their status page for what little they did say: https://status.digitalocean.com/incidents/ttnvr0x5r8nt).
